The CRM section provides a clear and organized view of all users who have interacted with your products by claiming ownership through the Digital Product Passport.

In this section, you can view each user's email address, the number of items they’ve claimed, the collections they’re associated with, and the timestamp of their last interaction. The interface allows you to sort or filter the list by email address, last interaction or items claimed.

To export all user data in a CSV file format with a single click. This makes it easy to integrate the data into your preferred tools for marketing campaigns, analytics, or reporting.

To use the CRM section, navigate to the dashboard, browse the user list to see detailed interaction data, refine your view using sorting or filtering options, and click "Export CSV" to download the data for further use. This section is designed to give you actionable insights and streamline customer management, helping you better understand your audience and optimize their experience with your products.
