Begin tokenization

To create a Digital Product Passport from a template, navigate to the Items section, select your desired template, and click on "Create DPP."

If you're already connected to a blockchain ecosystem, you're ready to create the DPP. If not, you'll be prompted to connect by either entering your email or selecting your preferred ecosystem.

In the "Collection" menu, select the collection where you'd like to allocate the digital certificate linked to the smart tag. If you completed the setup process using your email, no additional transaction signatures will be required. However, if you opted for a specific blockchain ecosystem, you'll need to sign the transaction using your wallet.

After choosing a name for the collection, click on "Create Collection" and sign the transaction if required.

Next, select the smart tag you want to assign to the template. You can choose either an individual tag or a group. After making your selection, click on “Create”.

Afer assigning the smart tags to your item, you can now begin the DPP creation process. Click on "Create" to get started and wait for the process to be completed.

Congratulations! Your Digital Passport has been created. Now you'll be asked whether you want to add the ability for the user accessing the digital passport to claim ownership of the item.

To add the ownership certificate that customers can claim for your item, click "Yes" and sign the transaction using your wallet.

Once the process is finalized, you're ready to go! You can either create additional Digital Product Passports for specific templates or exit the creation section. To view a summary of all tokenized items, head over to the "Digital Product Passports" section.
