Our Messenger feature enables direct, one-to-one communication with customers who have claimed ownership of their product, helping you engage further with your users and create follow-up interactions using the DPP as the technical foundation. By sending personalized messages about product updates, address inquiries, or provide support directly through the Digital Passport, you'll be able to ensure timely and effective communication related to their specific product.
Customers can conveniently access these messages within their dedicated account on our platform in the User section or via the email address used to claim ownership.
From the Messenger section, you can:
View users who claimed your DPP:
Email address (if the email was used to claim the DPP)
Wallet address (if a web3 wallet was used; users can add an email later in their profile, in which case the email will also be visible)
Additionally, you can:
View the total number of NFTs claimed from your brand
View the number of collections these NFTs are owned from
View the last interaction timestamp for each specific client
