Within the Messenger section, you'll be to directly engage with your customers by leveraging the DPP as an interaction hub.
To send a direct message to a client, select the user and click on the "Message" button on the right.
Enter a subject and your message, then click "Send". If the client has an email address on file, they will receive an email notification, along with notifications in the user hub and a pop-up on their DPP.
To send messages to multiple recipients at once, select the specific recipients, then click the "Message selected users" button at the top right.
For broadcasting a message to your entire audience, click "Bulk message to all users." This will automatically send your message to all users listed in the User panel.
