# Personalized Message

Next, you’ll have the option to add a Personalized Message for your item. This message allows you to communicate directly with users accessing the Digital Passport. You can use it to share special promotions, announce upcoming events, or encourage specific interactions.

Choose “Skip” to move to the next section or “Yes” to open the Personalized Message panel and customize your message.

In the panel, craft the message you want to share with users accessing the Digital Passport. Select a custom icon, add a detailed description of your message, and include a link to an external website for additional information.

Once you're done, click "Next" to continue.
